- Lead and quotation details (shared during the sales process)
- Business interaction history (meetings, follow-ups, order status)
How We Use This Information
The information collected is used solely for:
- Sending lead assignment and follow-up reminders to DE CERAMICA
sales staff via WhatsApp - Notifying company representatives about assigned leads
- Internal CRM updates and escalation alerts
Data Storage
All data is processed through Make (formerly Integromat) automation
platform and stored in Kommo CRM. No data is sold or shared with
third parties outside of these systems.
WhatsApp Communications
DE CERAMICA uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API)
to send automated notifications to staff and business partners.
Recipients can opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by
replying “STOP” to any message or contacting us at:
